myGavilon is now myViterra

As we have integrated into the Viterra brand, our myGavilon platform has moved to myViterra. 

While we have taken steps to limit the impact of these changes, these updates will allow us to provide a more consistent and reliable experience for our producers, but will require a few steps to be taken on Monday, February 27.

Starting on February 27:

• You will need to visit my.viterra.us
• You will have to log in the first time you visit my.viterra.us. However, once in, you will have the ability to let the site remember your login for a year, just as the system did previously. 
• The name will change to myViterra, and the look and feel will now represent the Viterra brand. 
• We will no longer have an app in any app store. 
  • The only way to view your account information will be through my.viterra.us - no one will be able to use an app to login and must visit the website on a web browser. 
  • When you are ready to being using the web version of the site, you can do so through the below information, which includes the ability to save the site for quick access to  your device. 

Instructions to begin using the web version of the system and creating a shortcut to the site (videos below):

• On Monday, February 27, uninstall the existing app from your phone or tablet. 
  • Click here for instructions on uninstalling an Apple app. 
  • Click here for instructions on unistalling on Android. 
• Open a browser (Safari on Apple IOS, Chrome on Android). 
• Go to my.viterra.us
• Log in (make sure to select "Keep me signed in," so that the site keeps you logged in for your next visit).
• On an Apple (IOS) device
  • Scroll down to the list of actions and tap Add to Home Screen. (If you don't see the action, scroll to the bottom and tap Edit Actions, then tap Add next to the Add to Home Screen action). After that, you'll be able to select it from the Share Sheet. 
• On an Android device
  • Select the menu (three dots in the upper left corner).
  • Scroll down and select Add to Home Screen. 
• The mViterra app will now appear on your home screen or menu. 
• Open the icon to begin using the app.
