Viterra is a world-leading, fully integrated agriculture network that connects producers and consumers to supply sustainable, traceable and quality-controlled agricultural products including wheat, soybeans, corn, barley, pulses, sorghum, oilseeds, protein meal, biodiesel, glycerine, sugar, and cotton.

With more than 17,000 colleagues operating in 37 countries worldwide, their strategic network of 180+ storage facilities, 30+ processing facilities, 25 port terminals and transport assets allow it to distribute value-added products to consumers all over the globe.
Our integration into the Viterra network will create new and exciting opportunities for our customers and our people. The combination of the businesses will enale us to provide more value and flexibility to our customers. Producers will gain access to Viterra's global supply chains and extensive consumer base, opening new markets for their products.
As Viterra expands and strenghtens its network, new products and possibilities will open for its consumers. We will further enhance the sustainability of our supply chains, providing higher levels of quality control and reliability.
Our people will continue to provide the great service you have come to expect from us. We are excited to become part of the Viterra team, which will alllow us to offer additional expertise, opportunities, and solutions for our customers, further strenghtening the relationships we have built over many years.
Today, we will begin to incorporate the Viterra brand across our business, but that change will be gradually implemented. You should start to see us operate under the Viterra name in early 2023.
